Grasslands is very thorough in the recruitment process they use to screen potential individuals for hire with companies. At first it seemed like a lot of hoops to go through but now I fully understand the processes they use. These processes are used to ensure they screen the right candidates to be interviewed by the companies that use their services. I have seen to often in my prior work place people get hired and then in short time the company finds out they were not the right fit for the job. This I believe is because HR departments don't put in the time to properly screen candidates. Grasslands uses a lot of different tests, background checks and verification of education, etc. to ensure that candidates possess what companies are looking for and that their history they report on their resume actually checks out. I would recommend Grasslands to any company looking for a very professional and thorough recruiter.
