We hired Goose Digital to help us migrate away from our existing on premises CRM ACT! that we used for over 10 years to a cloud based CRM Hubspot. As you can imagine this project would be quiet and undertaking. Not only where we replacing a piece of software but we were modernizing our sales strategy with modern tools/solutions. This project had a lot of moving pieces: from migrating our existing database, standing up the Hubspot platform from scratch to fit our business requirements, creating new automation workflows, new dashboards, new quotes, and Training our sales team and administrators as well as everything in between and outside of this scope too.
