Kim booked our trip to Italy and did a fantastic job. Our trip was seamless. We went from Rome to the amalfi, and back to Rome. She booked us close to the train station for both of our hotels in Rome for easy transitions, and booked us in maiori in the amalfi. A beautiful town on the coast amongst the more known towns like amalfi and positano. Our town was small and not very busy, but we were close to the ferry service and at most 30 minutes away from surrounding towns. Great trip.

Traveled April 2024 to Samana in the DR. STAYED AT PORTILLO BAHIA. It was a lovely trip. Hotel was great. Food was plenty. Rooms were clean. Staff amazing. Want to send a 5 star hout out to Tracey for booking this and her recommendation. Couple we went with gave been using Getaway travel for awhile now and I will to moving forward. Tracy and Kim are very professional and are always eager to help with planning our trips. We use them whenever we go on vacation, typically 7-8 of us travelling. We love how they help plan out our entire trip; from car rentals, hotels, transfers, and flights, and have answers to all our questions. One example of both Tracy and Kim's fast acting skills, was when we visited Italy (all 7 of us), and they were able to get us 2 rooms in Venice. While our family members in Italy couldn't find an available rooms. We would HIGHLY recommend Tracy and Kim to all our family and friends..... We have already booked our next trip! 😁

We had to attend a wedding in Cuba, we were referred to Tracy to book our flight and resort. Tracy seemed to be all over the place with her pricing and finalizing booking our day we paid just about $1200 for a week in Cuba. After arriving to the resort conversations were spoken of how much people paid, some paid $800 (booked online) and some $1200 (only who booked with Tracy). Things started to make sense as we booked 6 months ago and no receipt or no flight details were provided, only a week or two before departure. Make everyone thinks she banked our money and bought the cheapest flight and cheapest room. We were told that she will have everything organized to having a group of 30–40 in one or two buildings instead everyone was scattered in 14 different buildings. Yelling to each other through our balcony. Two days in, waterline was broken which left the resort with no running water, we called Tracy and hands were up in the air. No help at all. I’ve booked with flight center and other agency but this was way off the charts. I’m sure 40 others will be leaving their review to support this review.
