Broke a screen while camping. Driving through and found this place. Dropped my phone off at 4:05 and it was done before 5pm. Fixed. Perfect. OEM Apple part.

I had such a great experience with fundamentals! My phone was absolutely smashed (to the point i wasnt sure it could be fixed), and not only did they put it back into like new condition, but the owner came in on a holiday Monday to make sure I could get it back as fast as possible. They were kind, informative, and incredibly helpful through the entire experience, and they quoted the best price out of all the shops I talked to. I would absolutely go to them again!

Worst customer service ever! Very rude people. Visited this place to replace my laptop’s display. This guy just checked it and charged some diagnosing fee and didn’t even told us that it’s gonna cost us anything literally he kept us in the dark and charged us out of the blue and threatened us that he will keep the laptop if we don’t pay. Not only this there was this lady employee there she literally called my friend creep just bcuz he told them that didn’t gave us the full information regarding what would cost us. Damn never encountered this kind of bribery behaviour anywhere. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

I broke my Samsung galaxy S10 screen last Tuesday, the LCD screen was also damaged and not usable. Brought it in to see about a repair. The staff were super nice and told me the facts right away. Being an older model, it had to be ordered in which is understandable. Khalil told me a set price and when it would arrive. The screen arrived on that day and the price was more then fair. Dropped off the phone and was all done within about an hour. Great professional service would recommend for phone repair over anybody in the Nelson, Castlegar and Trail area!!!
