I had an excellent experience with the massage treatment that included both laser and shock wave therapy. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns before explaining the treatments in detail. They knew exactly what areas needed treatment and tailored my session to target those specific spots. I appreciated how thorough and professional the entire process was. The combination of massage with laser and shock wave therapy made a noticeable difference in my pain relief and mobility. I love seeing Jen for osteo- she's very knowledgeable. I'm always all out of whack from stress, bad habits and old injuries and she helps put everything back where it's supposed to go! Osteo has helped me with alignment, muscle and nerve pain, stomach issues and nervous system regulation. 100% recommend!!!

Jen has a lot of different treatments "up her sleeve" and will listen intently when you are describing your physical issues. She will then mention the various treatments, and can suggest what is best.

I was recommended to Jennifer by friends. I was very hesitant to go see her as my experiences with massages before were horrible. I was very open about it in my first appointment with Jen. She took the time to listen to my concerns and past experiences. She explained the treatments she was giving me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time!  The clinic gives you a warm and calming experience.  The staff were very welcoming. The weighted blankets give it an extra welcoming touch!  Will be making regular visits back!
