Extremely upset and disappointed, booked a tattoo impulsively as im trying to finish a sleeve, and have had several artist (who have left this shop for various reasons) add to the sleeve.

Receive a call about an 1hr and 30min before my appointment - im told the artist I booked never showed up, and they aren't sure why, but could I rebook? Unfortunately I could not due to be busy with work for the foreseeable future, so im now out a $50 on what was a simple $80 flash/mini, and will be recommending any other tattoo shops. This place has totally lost my business

Very disappointed, booked tattoos for my best friend and I for her birthday. Got a text saying one was moved from 12 to 1 so i mistakenly thought it meant that both of ours were moved to 1. No one called to confirm if we were coming when we didn’t show at 12 and then they were very rude about us showing up at 1. Made us both very upset we will not be going back here. we would have gladly rescheduled as it was our mix up but the way we were treated made us not want to spend our money here.

I rarely ever go out of my way to write reviews but I truly am disappointed, mainly because this is a tattoo and something that is on my body forever now. I saw this shop at the tattoo expo in London and really liked the flash they were advertising, so I asked if they would be able to do a custom (a small piece I already had been wanting for a couple years that I had an image of in my phone). The girl (I believe her name was Kameron) said she would do it, and charged me $125. She was super unenthusiastic and barely said a word to me the whole time. She did ask me a couple times if I wanted the tattoo exactly like the picture I gave her and I said yes. But unfortunately the tattoo came out quite a bit different. There’s some major differences between the picture I gave and the stencil she used to tattoo on me. And now, only about 2 weeks after getting it done, some parts of the tattoo are completely faded away. Definitely was not worth the money at all. It was my fault for not booking with a trusted artist, but it was my first tattoo expo and I was excited to get something. What was once a tattoo I was super excited to get is now one that I’m embarrassed to show to people because of how poorly done it was. I’m not looking to hate on anyone or their business and I realize people can have off days, but as I said earlier this is on me forever now and I am $140 more broke, so it’s unfortunate.

Drove half an hour to get there for an appointment I booked ahead of time, waited 15 minutes just to be told there is no piercer available, so I just had to leave. Wasn’t even offered anywhere to sit or anything, just told they were going to try and get a piercer in and just let me stand there in the doorway. Truly unacceptable service. Don’t bother wasting your time.

I had this tattoo done a month ago and it looks awful. The lines are inconsistent and I wish I would’ve done more research on tattoo parlours in the area before selecting this one. I will definitely have to pay to have it fixed. I have 10 total and this one by far is the worst in terms of quality.

I got my helix done in November and the experience was amazing, everyone there is so welcoming and kind. I was super nervous but they did an amazing job and it didn’t even hurt. They were super thorough with instructions and were very helpful with questions. Overall I loved the experience and will be getting all other piercings done here.

They were super nice when i showed up but I waited 40mins for her to get ready! They obviously pierced it wrong and my dr advised me to removed it due to scar tissue and its unlikiness to heal properly! My piercing was red and inflamed for MONTHS! Dr said it wasn't even infected just poorly done. AVOID!
