ORIGINAL: The sunroom was completed on time and was exactly as promised. The quality of the workmanship was excellent! We have now added an entire new room onto our house, usable year round: warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

UPDATE 2025: Bad news. We spent over $52K on a Four Seasons sunroom in 2021, expecting quality and durability. Less than 4 years later, water damage destroyed the entire floor due to poor flashing installation and degraded sealing—confirmed by an independent assessment. Four Seasons denied responsibility, despite acknowledging design flaws, and only offered a band-aid “reseal” instead of fixing the root issue or covering the damage. Extremely disappointed in their response and lack of accountability.

UPDATE #2: Unfortunately the latest reply from Four Seasons was both misleading and incorrect.

The suggestion that the scope of their work involved "installation of windows only" is false. The windows were actually components of 3 large, heavy walls. Ceiling work was completed (including adding 4 roof vents and insulation) and a door was installed along the east wall, along with adjustments and repairs to an outside staircase. Finally, aluminum flashing was installed to cover the west sill - flashing upon which the west wall was then placed. As acknowledged (March 12, 2025), "the flashing has lifted at the front and is angled towards the closed sill".

The suggestion that "storms this winter caused water infiltration" is misleading. We did indeed experience an ice jam due to harsh winter factors and this did lead to more water than usual falling onto the west sill/flashing. However, had the flashing been angled AWAY from the windows, the water would have fallen harmlessly to the ground below. Instead, because the flashing was angled TOWARDS the windows, the water pooled against the windows then entered the sunroom through the drainage holes.

Lastly, the suggestion that Four Seasons had offered to "complete necessary repairs" is simply false. On May 14, 2024 (after receiving and sharing the independent appraisal completed by Winmar, a report which confirmed the issues described above), I asked Four Seasons to cover only the cost of readjusting the flashing along the west wall and replacing the floor. The reply from Four Seasons was brief: "Sorry John I don't agree to that. We will reseal the walls at our cost". This "offer of assistance" was inadequate and failed to address the primary problem associated with water flow.

Overall a nice product. However Four Seasons has provided woefully inadequate aftercare service and demonstrated no willingness to accept responsibility for installation errors.

Best decision we ever made to go with Four Seasons Sunroom for our updating and replacement windows and door for our sunroom! We purchased this house during these difficult times and Four Seasons did not disappoint us! The sunroom needed a lot of work!
Issac, the installer was very knowledgeable, he recommended we install from the outside and change the aluminum to black. This turned out perfect and there was no damage to the special wood trim inside. The black matched the house windows and I’m sure added value to our home. Issac was courteous, prompt, and a complete gentleman. He cleaned the work area everyday before leaving and was a perfectionist with his work. I would definitely recommend Four Season Sunrooms!

Four Seasons Sunrooms (London) brought to life our dream of a sunroom with a rooftop patio on top. Four Seasons Sunrooms did not only meet our expectations, they exceeded our expectations. We do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that is considering building a sunroom. We worked with many individuals from Four Seasons on our almost 2 year journey with them from start to finish, and every once of them was professional, nice, easy going and great to work with. And the sunroom / rooftop patio they built us looks stunning in our backyard - we are so happy we went through with this project.

Throughout the entire process, Jackson and Cody from Four Seasons took the time to listen to our thoughts and ideas about what we could do with our space. They took these ideas and created plans that brought our ideas to life. It took us some time to develop our vision for the space. We really appreciated their patience through the whole process and how calm and easy going they were - we never felt any pressure from them at all, they were so easy to work with.

Jackson and Cody were always available to field the many questions we had along the way. There were a ton of details associated with this project and so we had a ton of questions (and have tons of emails to prove it!) - they always responded promptly with answers to our questions. They were always wiling to offer valuable insight when we had to make decisions on the many design options that popped up as they were building our sunroom. They helped guide us to our final product, which we couldn’t be happier with.

The team that came to build the sunroom, Jacob and Corny, were wonderful as well. They were nice, easy going guys that were always willing to answer our questions, patient with us when we needed to make decisions, and most importantly did a great job building the sunroom/patio.

Needless to say we are more than happy with our new sunroom and we were very impressed with the fine people at Four Season’s Sunroom.

We put our faith in this company, and they more than hit the mark with a superior product and fantastic customer service.

We had a very large sunroom put in this year. All glass ceiling-- we love it and spend most of our time in there. The installation was expertly done, the follow-up and communication all excellent. We get many comments from neighbors and visitors and we are so glad we did it. Thank you Four Seasons Sunrooms!

I had severely deteriorating sunroom windows in the kitchen area, but I wanted to maintain the same style and placement of the windows in a renovation. We are a little late providing our review but we’re now able to provide a full review!
We booked/ordered our sunroom in the summer of 2019. With the mild winter, we received the call confirming that construction was to begin in early February 2020. The team that built our sunroom was amazing and kept us informed of the process. It took almost a month for them to complete the build, just before COVID. We were able to spend the next few weeks finishing the inside and furnishing it.
It’s been 3 years and we love it! We love to watch the fireflies in the summer, thunderstorms in the spring and snowstorms in the winter.
