Booked my motorcycle driving test two weeks in advance. As the weather changed I called to inquire about what might happen if the weather wasn’t good. They said the instructor would reschedule at no cost to me. Day of the test, it snowed overnight, it’s -2° And has a harsh cold wind making it feel like -9°. Called again to inquire about the rescheduling. She says I have to do it 24hrs in advance. I explained what they told me regarding weather. She said it’s sunny, there is no bad weather. What kind of compassion is that? Unbelievable. After mild hypothermia however they were pleasant to deal with and friendly inside. Examiner was friendly.

The registries staff are very friendly and experienced. I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. The insurance brokerage staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is top shelf for sure.
I actually look forward to dealing with FMA when I need to renew. Recommend. 👍👍

FMA was very helpful. I purchased a used trailer and received a terrible run around, trying to register it at another agency. I decided to goto FMA for help on the matter, and walked out with a new plate on my trailer within 15 minutes. When my auto insurance came due, I decided to try FMA for a quote on my 4 vehicles. I found my annual premium was 40% cheaper for the same coverage, I was receiving elsewhere. I don't deal with anyone else anymore.

When you have a loss and a subsequent insurance claim, this is really when you find out how good your insurance broker is or has been to, or for you. In a recent claim for a pivot sprinkler blown over by the Dec 1, 2021 windstorm every part of the claim process with Intact went flawlessly!
