Our insurance company sent first on site to us when we had a claim. 4 sheets of drywall needed removed and some clean up. The insurance company had a huge quote for the small amount of work they did. When our insurance company declined to cover the damages they did their best to hand the gouging on to us. Fees for 5 days of equipment rental we used for 2 days, wall cleanup charges even tho they only removed 2 framed pi tures. We did get some of the overcharged quote removed after complaining about the large bill and their representative tried to lower it but not nearly enough for what service we were given. The company should be more up front with their customers before starting work at their homes. They left equipment to run for 48 hours and charged for extra days because it was a weekend and they didnt pick up until monday. Would not recommend this company to anyone paying out of pocket because they treat you like a insurance company and only see dollar signs. I gave 2 stars because all the techs were friendly and professional and Zach did his best.

I was told the renovation would take 2 weeks : took 3 months. My youngest turned 1 while the renovations were still going on. I was anxious to get back to the house and didn't check their work properly. The deck isn't leveled and there's no room for the rain to go, so the water pools 2 inch high. My whole kitchen was painted with primer and no paint. Only noticed when I tried to wash my walls. My bad for not checking better with little kids with me I guess

The team worked as finely oiled machine. The supervisors showed up immediately within the hour of our call to the Insurance company. The men were knowledgeable answering every single question with detail. They didn’t mind that I asked a lot of questions. They held true to their word as to when the “ clean up “ crew would come in and all went as we understood it to go. The men all worked quickly and carefully as not to damage anything. They were polite and respectful in all aspects. We have been warned that there could be a delay in getting our floor replacement due to supply shortages. Totally understandable. So now we hope to have the next step start after this long Labour Day weekend. My husband and I have already sung First ON-SITE praises to our family and friends.

“I love to look out at my backyard and see the great job the crew from FirstOnSite Restoration had done on our fence. Our backyard is our favorite place to be spring/summer/fall and when our fence was blown down we were so distressed thinking that it would never be the same. The crews that came into our yard to work on the fence were great! All safety protocols were set in place and it was very comfortable to have them in my space. From start to finish it was professional yet personal and our opinions were important to them. I look out now at our yard and new fence and have the peace of mind that the work was done up to code and maybe beyond. Thank you so much for restoring our peaceful and private sanctuary.„

Staff was excellent. They explained everything in detail and the work was excellent. Very happy with the work they did.

We had to Use First Onsite a second time in 2022 due to water damage from the July rainstorm. Austin and his team were very easy to deal with and very professional. Everything was taken care of and the repairs were flawless. I can't recommend them enough.
