If I could give a sixth star I would. The whole team, Jasbir, Deep, and Ujas were extremely helpful. I had to modify my design so I went in and I was able to sit down Ujas and make the modifications right then and there.

The installation process was great too. Every time I see my van I am shocked at how professional and amazing it looks. If I need more signage, I will definitely being back to Fast Signs on Henning Street.

Signage they made looks amazing! Quality and pricing including the installation was great and the owner Jasbir and his team were so nice to deal with. They really paid attention to what I was looking to create and had no problem with some slight changes a lot the way before printing. I would definitely recommend FASTSIGNS for all your signage needs!

Extremely disappointed with our experience. We provided a rough mockup as a reference to explain the general idea of what we needed on our sign — it was never meant to be copied directly. Unfortunately, the “design” we received was essentially a trace of our own sample, with no original input, no creative work, and certainly nothing that justified a $60 design fee.

When we requested a refund due to the lack of value in the design and the unsatisfactory result, we were met with silence. We waited a full week with no response, forcing us to follow up ourselves. Only after that did they issue a partial refund — still withholding the unjustified design charge.

They claimed it’s “industry standard” to charge for design time, but in our case, there was no actual design done — just copying what we already gave them. Poor communication, slow response time, and refusal to take responsibility for subpar service.

We do not recommend this business.

NEVER AGAIN! AVOID at any cost!!
The sign was made and installed with no understanding how to do it technically right which caused it falling down on the ground under it’s own weight, the sign was partially destroyed as well in the process. Luckily no one around was hurt!
After calling the company, I have been told that they understand what a poor job was done and agreed to reinstall the sign asap.
But unfortunately it was a lie, the company fed me with the empty promises for almost two months. As a result, nothing happened, no one came back and reinstalled the sign.

BE AWARE! They charge full price, do the most low quality and unprofessional job, lie to the customers, and leave them alone if something goes wrong.

The recent update: I called them a week ago as they asked so they can fix the situation, have been said they will reinstall the sign and sent me the new estimation, but I paid for the installation already!!!
And after that… nothing happening, they are not ready to fix the poorly done job by their own cost

I got a nice quality sign at a reasonable price. It came out exactly as I was hoping. It looks great and my neighbours have all admired it. The only issue I had was that there was a delay and they didn't give me a timeline when it would be ready. Things happen and it you have a delay, you should let your customer know. But I am happy with their work and they were very pleasant to deal with.

I was really happy with the service I received from Fastsigns on Henning Drive in Burnaby. They were all helpful and knowledgeable. I had never done vehicle decals before and they made it easy for me.
