Great store, very wide selection with good prices. I was especially pleased by the section of African Funk/Jazz stuff on vinyl. Walked out with a heavy stack, thanks for the great LPs!

My initial visit to the store was pleasant, I bought two records as I initially ordered from a company that was not communicating or shipping my order. The worker that helped me stated I could return the records if necessary. Upon return, I was met by the owner who disclosed that refunds were not possible in their store, I explained my confusion as I was told by a previous worker that this was not the case, and also explained my shipment issue with the previous company. The worker repeatedly told me I was trying to fix “ a mistake I made” and a refund would not be possible, as this was not their policy. Me being told the wrong policy is a mistake that can happen, but the manner I was spoken to was disrespectful, with no acknowledgement of the initial information that was provided by a worker in the store. I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Recently purchased some records here and I was very pleased with the appropriate pricing and the mix of old gems and new hits!
Beware you may loose track of time here, I could spend HOURS in here exploring and blowing a full paycheque.

I love this record store because I can always find CDs that match my taste in music, and they are always at incredibly affordable pricing. I've found CDs from bands I listen to who are incredibly niche and unheard of, and I just as easily can find releases from the artists I enjoy that are a bit more popular. Plus, everything is well sorted and easy to pick through.

This place keeps on giving. You could spend hours digging and only scratch the surface of what they have to offer. Fantastic selection and curation, and very well organized. A must visit if you are a music enjoyer in Nanaimo.

My favourite place in Nanaimo to get records 🙂 I swing by here every couple weeks just so see if there’s anything new to find and always leave with something I’ve been looking for. Huge selection and range of music in all formats (vinyl, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, etc.) The workers are also super helpful when looking for anything
