All the clerks are amazing, efficient and knowlegeable! I always come prepared and provide the required documents. I don't blame the employees for doing their job properly and I understand that they have strict policies to follow just like in any other workplace.

Had my driver's test, went to parallel park, the tires brushed the snow on the side of the road, so the instructor had me do it again. It went perfectly, then he had me drive around another 20 minutes, only to get back and have him say that contacting the curb was an automatic disqualification. The form clearly states "climbed over curb" which I did not do, and he did not say. So not only was he wrong, and misrepresented what was on the test, but he wasted my time and my gas, when he could have just said it was over.

Terrible. Do they work? Never answer calls. Took my money, never got my license (way before postal strike) can't provide me an explanation. Having a person register a vehicle while you are away is a god awful experience. What the legal document allows and what they will do for you are complete opposite. Again, learn to pick up the phone. Answer it. Return messages. About to spam this with 4 phone numbers and record it to report to transportation canada

People are nice. The bathroom isn’t in service the past couple times being here. Go pee before you get here if you’re waiting for your kid to do a drivers test lol

The worst experience ever. Debit and credit transactions are not accepted therefore must pay by cash at registry or online, and if you don't have the ticket to present after paying the registry can't confirm payment even though you can show proof through bank. Not to mention calling for any assistance is useless due to your calls continually dropping...

Terrible customer service. I will be driving into Edmonton or perhaps Sherwood Park next time. Either the young lady that was attempting to help us was stoned or really dense, trying to work with her was very challenging.
