When I was struggling I reached out to the St.Albert location. I didn't know what to expect and once visiting the studio I knew this was the program for me. I had the working out down but knew my eating habits needed the work. With the support and encouragement from Crystal and Kevin, I managed to hit goals I have always wanted. I'm so pleased with my experience with Elwyn Weight Loss Studio St Albert. I've tried other weight loss plans before but have never had much success. Excellent studio!! I wasn't really sure how to go about my fitness goals. Deb and her team were amazing. Unlike so many studios, they stand with you every step of the way. Most I have encountered didn't really care about you once you were signed up. Deb touched base with me 3x a week to check in and motivate me. I highly recommend this studio! They are so positive and I was really impressed!

I feel so amazing today it’s an unbelievable feeling. Last 5 years l was gaining weight and l knew l needed to make changes in my life. This is a wonderful Studio! Well maintained, clean, bright and cheerful! All the staff are amazing! They are always cheerful, encouraging and give sound advice on your weight-loss goals and the eating plan. With this Studio, there is no counting calories, or buying their company food to eat. It's all grocery store bought food. Deb and her staff offer us so many incentives time after time, to encourage us! It is really an awesome place to be, to work on your weight-loss goals! The only thing you can lose...your extra pounds! 💖
