We cannot say enough great things about Evoluation catering and the incredible job they did catering our wedding! From the very first meeting, their team was professional, accommodating, and clearly passionate about delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
The buffet-style spread they created was absolutely delicious—every single dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and loved by all of our guests. They offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs, ensuring everyone had something to enjoy. We had Evolution Catering & Events cater our wedding, and they did an exceptional job from start to finish, from clear and concise communication from the moment we contacted them to book our wedding day dinner, leading right up to our special day. Evolutions catering team showed up early to set everything up prior to the wedding, so when we were ready to start the reception, everything was good to go. The team was exceptional, and the food was amazing (we went with the smoked bison and peach/brie stuffed chicken, which was amazing). I would highly recommend them for any form of catering, because they did an exceptional job from start to finish, had amazing food, and overall provided a wonderful dinner service.

As a side note, we did have guests who had food allergies and limitations, and Evolution Catering went above and beyond to ensure all of our guests could enjoy a wonder meal, ensuring everyone had plenty of delicious options to choose from.

I cannot recommend them enough, and we are very glad to have had them cater our wedding!

Evolution Catering was definitely a highlight on our wedding day. Our guests loved everything that they offered and everything was cooked to perfection! Our favourite was the Espresso Crusted Roast Beef. The brownie ice cream dessert was nicely plated for each guest and the flavours complimented each other well.

Michael was so accommodating and responsive to all our questions and was able to accommodate special dietary requests.

They did a great job setting up their mobile kitchen and made sure the buffet tables were set up nicely with dietary/allergy restriction labeled for our guests.

We would highly recommend Evolution Catering for all your catering needs!

We hired evolution catering for our wedding at Pine&Pond wedding venue. Communication with the company was easy and they were quick to respond. They were very accommodating with gluten free and dairy free items. All appropriate items were labeled GF and DF. There were lots of items to choose on the menu and lots of variety! The meal was on schedule. Food was very good. We got lots of compliments from the guests. Our midnight snack was the burger bar and it was a total hit! again, lots of compliments from our guests. As a bride I actually had an entire plate of food and had a midnight snack. Everything was lovely. They even wrote us a card and put it in our card box, which was a really nice touch.

We had Evolution Catering for our wedding last weekend. They were amazing! Michael is very responsive and accommodating to all our queries and requests. On the day of the wedding, they had a hiccup with the kitchen but they managed and were able to make everything work without any delays. All the guests loved the food especially the beef short rib!

Evolution catered my wedding this past weekend and they were absolutely phenomenal! All of our guests loved the food, their service was on time and dishes did not sit in front of people for long once they were done. We had a few food allergies which they accommodated perfectly, including changing the protein in the meal for one of our guests.

We used Evolution Catering for our wedding September 2. We were a little hesitant because we weren't able to do a taste tester but they did not disappoint! Michael was very easy to work with and let us customize the menu options to fit our needs without breaking the bank. Our guests raved about the food and we were thrilled with it. They did an amazing job with a variety of food allergies and all of our guests were very satisfied. We loved that we had the ability to update the guest count the week before the wedding to eliminate fees for last minute cancellations. They bring an onsite kitchen so the food is hot and fresh. 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting married or planning an event.

Being in the event industry I have had the pleasure of eating many dinners prepared by Evolution Catering. Michael, his team, and their food are next level! Michael always has a smile on his face as he is taking care of his customers. I recently attended the infamous 'East meets west lobster fest' a sold out 300 person seafood feast. There were smiles (and bits of lobster) on a lot of happy faces. 🤓
