I had such a great time in the space. Great place for photography projects of any size - especially with all of the equipment available and such a large space. If you need to create photos at scale with fully controllable lighting - this is the studio to do it.

I’ve been in the industry for six years and visited many film & photography studios in Toronto, but Encounter Film Studios stands out as one of the best. From the moment I first walked into the space, I was impressed by the care and attention to detail that went into creating such a welcoming and thoughtfully designed studio.

I love collaborating with them on in house commercial projects as well as my own personal shoots. The people here are not only some of the most talented in the city but also incredibly kind, creating an atmosphere that fosters both creativity and professionalism.

Fantastic Soup to Nuts production studio. They can facilitate any production requirements from development all the way to online and finishing. All departments handled by super skilled crew who are terrific to work with. I always have a great experience at Encounter and they always overdeliver on output and cost.

The facilities and studio are such a pleasure to work at as well. Super clean, slick cyc, production offices, edit/audio suites, colour. Agency, and all productions staff always have a great time and appreciate the creature comforts.

Encounter is always the go to for studio shoots.

This is a top tier production hub that’s an absolute east end gem of a studio. Not only is it ideal for productions of any size but it’s beautifully designed and a joy to spend time in (and we all know with long production days how crucial that can be). Plus the guys who run the place are about the nicest and most professional in the city and will always go above and beyond to do anything and everything to make sure you have what you need in the space, for everything from pre-pro fittings to post sound mixes. I can’t possibly recommend Encounter enough.
