Don't pay their contractors. I have had the worst experience dealing with them. I have been in this nightmare for 3 years now.
One of the partners, the one I always delt with would keep saying they sent me a check when in fact they didn't, or that they would pay me but they wouldn't. I even offered them to pay me small quantities each month, which they did twice but then they started disappearing on me. When I got fed up and left a Google review, a couple of months ago, they almost immediately contacted me via e-mail urging me to take down my review if I wanted to get paid. Given the fact that a lot of time had passed, I thought I had nothing to lose, so I removed it. I finally got a check with a 2 or 3 month later date. When the cashing date had finally arrived, I went to the bank, only to find out a couple of days later that the money was no longer available as their account didn't have sufficient funds... It basically just bought them more time.
I contacted a lawyer and attempted sending them a "mise en demeure" but had no success as the letter came back, they had apparently moved. When looking for a potential address to send them the letter, we found one but once again were not successful as it came back as well. Worst part of it all is that a friend of mine is in the same situation with them, but unfortunately for him, the agency owes him way more money than what they owe me (which by the way was money that I declared and paid taxes on).
