Not sure why the latest review below says glib cashiers. Obviously someone was having a bad day….
The Cashiers at Eat Fresh are always smiling, laughing & are so friendly to the customers. They make you feel happy, welcomed & like family. They are literally the happiest cashiers in this community.

Glib cashiers pull the customer experience down...
Donna Lloyd's review with the bakery counter was my experience as well. They ignore you.
Now nine one star reviews in the last short while for this formerly wonderful shop. Actually 10 recent reviews are ONLY ONE STAR. What a shame.

Great location and store layout! Amazing bakery items and great selection of produce! The friendly staff and incredible butchers in the meat department make this a one stop shop!Picked up a salad to take on the ferry it was delicious!

Must try our Greko Lemon Seasoning for Greek lemon roast potatoes at home. BC Food and beverage top 10 finalist for product of the year 2022!!

Lovely store. Distancing possible. Masks required, of course, like everywhere. Clean, friendly service and very good prices! Excellent product and produce, some I've not really seen before in the area. Store is easy to find and well-located in Parksville. ❤

So pissed off! I went in and asked For 150 g of roast beef lunch meat from the deli. Paid for it went home about to make my lunch so looking forward to delicious roast beef and she had given me black forest ham!! Not impressed at all 😡

I worked for 38 plus years for Save on Foods, and I can't believe that a grocery store has a no refund policy and has no problem selling products past the best before date. I had a receipt for a $4 product bb 01/06/2024 and he did begrudgingly refund me after a lecture that the product was still okay and that they do not pull products that are past there date. Please understand that it was out of principle that I brought back a $4 item, and after my experience it was out of principle that I am posting this review. Do not shop at this store. Thrifty Foods across the street will back all their products and is a much superior store.

Great place. Lots of fresh produce, baking etc... their real party piece though is the meat/seafood section. Tons off high quality meats and a surprisingly good selection of seafood - both a cut above what you will find at the other stores in the area. Great bakery section too if you just want a coffee and a muffin etc....
