WINNING REFRIGERATION HVAC

If there is a negative star, I would have given it to this company! Our company performed HVAC work at one of their BUCA restaurant in Alpharetta, GA and have not yet received any payment on two bills for the combined amount of $6865.

Our service was performed on 11/07/2023 and 11/20/2023. We have tried to reach out to restaurant manager, Michael, Randy, SVP and Denise, A/P Manager regarding payments several times and had no solution. They said they will cut our checks in 3/22/24 and we still have not received any money. This is not the way to do business!!!

We are a small business in Pittsburgh who did snow removal work at one of the locations. Said location closed and now I can’t get a hold of anyone to collect payment. It’s been over 2 months and they owe me a few thousand $. I could never imagine not paying someone for a service they’ve done for you. You’re hurting small business. Pay up and be good people.

Earl Enterprises is unresponsive and do not care about their restaurants, employee relations, or customers. I've contacted them 3 times, and 3 times they've ignored my requests. All they want is the victim customer's money.
They couldn't care any less about what happens to customers or how they're treated by staff and managers. I will never give them my money or time. I'm also military and a business owner. I refuse to return to any of their affiliated businesses.

We did $1000 worth of work in one of their Brio Italian grille restaurants in Mesa, Arizona, and 4 months later they are still refusing to pay us.

I went to brio and bought dinner with gift cards I received and the server said my cards did not work. I spoke with the manager who reaffirmed that the cards would not work even though he was never taught how to check the information. I have called the offices at multiple stations but I have received no returned calls This is fraud. Please don’t go to this restaurant Since earls bought this restaurant. Only a maximum of 1/2 their servers. There is unbelievable turnover. Our dinner came out after 45 minutes the servers are poorly trained and the managers attitude shows they don’t care and they stole 100.00 from me

We lived in Raleigh, N. C. and often enjoyed dining at Brios. at the Crabtree mall. We loved the experience..Since we moved to Florida , we decided the enjoy Brios once more but I am sorry to say it was not to be. We were seated next to a station, with a dirty wet rag hanging over my left shoulder. It was after two so it was near empty and could have given us better seating. After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked the hostess to send someone over. She was polite enough but after another 5 minutes we left. Terrible terrible service. Will not go back but you should be aware.. I know help is hard to get but as I said, only one other table in the room was occupied. This experience happened at the Internatioal Mall in Tampa.
