I cannot say enough good things about Daria and Ben. They are lovely people who are extremely talented at what they do. Daria began photographing my son 5 years ago and I have never been disappointed with a single picture since, we’ve continued to utilize her services most recently with our wedding. She went above and beyond for our special day and captured so many special moments. Every picture is beautiful and she managed to tell the story through her work.

It's taken me a long time to put into words how grateful we are for Daria and Ben (and Jacob!) And honestly this will probably read more like a love letter than a business review.
I have been a wedding photographer for well over a decade, and when it came to finally planning my own wedding I knew that choosing a photographer/videographer duo to travel with was going to be SO difficult, because I have high expectations and honestly I'm not sure subjecting anyone to those is really fair. That said... this decision wasn't hard at all. In choosing my dream duo, I knew that they would have to get along with my insane family, first and foremost, because my dream was to have everyone stay under the same roof. We decided on a villa in Italy, and despite some heat (and smelly) challenges, Daria and Ben rolled with it and not only participated in basically everything, but spent the entire week making sure it was an absolute dream for everyone involved.
My family is obsessed with them, as are my kids.
They captured images from our rehearsal dinner/pasta making class, surprised my family with a video of our elopement, participated and filmed our giant game of hide-and-seek, scouted locations for our formals, photographed an entire day of wedding amazingness, and then travelled up to Venice and the Dolomites with us to capture some of the most beautiful imagery I could have ever asked for. They made us viral on TikTok and gave us the most painstakingly beautiful gift for our anniversary that I truly cannot even articulate how much I appreciate. From waking us up with silly songs and dances at 4am to accomplish our goals to giggling on hours long train rides, I am truly just staggered by the dedication and work they put into this. The only better choice I've made is choosing my husband.
Daria and Ben will bring life and energy and fun into any event. They care SO deeply for their clients, and want nothing more than for you to experience every single dream coming true. The product they deliver is curated and emotional and full of surprises, it will truly bring you right back to that day. I am so appreciative of both of you, thank you for everything.

We used Ben and Daria for our wedding and for Christmas photos. I’ll get straight to the point with this, they are an AMAZING team. Both Ben and Daria are so fun and easy to work with. They make getting your photos taken, fun and memorable!! The final products (videos and photos) are incredible. I look back on ours so often and am always in “awe” with how incredible the photos are and how well they capture such little details and moments. If you need ANY photos or videos done for any special event, these are your people!! You will not be disappointed! Run don’t walk 🙂

Daria and Ben have been our photographer and videographer for a couple years now. Daria was our engagement, wedding and newborn photographer and Ben was the videographer at our wedding. Every experience with them has been an absolute dream. The photos have turned out better than we envisioned and every session Daria will ask multiple times if there were any specific photos we wanted to make sure that we get everything we wanted out of our sessions. No session was ever rushed and they stayed late at our wedding to make sure we got all of the shots we wanted when our schedule was running behind. She is incredibly creative and the finished product of all our photos have been amazing. Ben delivered our wedding video and it was absolutely amazing, he again made sure the video had everything we wanted included. We were literally STUNNED each and every time we have seen our pictures come back that she could make us look so INCREDIBLE!!! The way that she can capture the moment so well. We absolutely love Daria’s attention to detail (adjusting us for the most flattering poses, adjusting hair/clothes/props as needed), outgoing and positive personality throughout the shoot that makes us have fun and enjoy the time/feel comfortable in front of the camera, as well as open to the ideas we bring, along with her sharing of ideas to make us SHINE.
Before Daria Laine Photography, we struggled with pictures due to my partner and I having different skin tones. The photos would turn out with lighting aligned with one or the other, but not both. The fact that Daria is able to capture us both to look amazing has been such a blessing for us.
Our love of Daria Laine photography started in 2020 where we had the pleasure to work with her on three different occasions. We were so lucky to be selected in a photoshoot that we used as our engagement photos. We loved them so much that we booked her for our wedding day, as well as we participated in a styled wedding shoot in Drumheller. Until now, those photos bring us SO MUCH JOY. We are so happy with our experiences that we booked in again for a lifestyle shoot in our home with our new puppy July 2022. So far we have had a sneak peak of those photos and we are SWOONING.
