I have been with Drayden for 21 years. For the past two years customer service has gone downhill. While they say you will review exceptional customer service, that is not my experience at all. Last year we were inquiring for a non profit organization and lots of follow up with a lead that never called us back. We sold a house and needed interim coverage and had to repeat our request numerous times. In Nov. 2023 we had a life event and needed . Intact was faster and had much better pricing. one request lead to 5 different people to get completed. The last attempt unfortunately they did not get all the paperwork correct, then someone was on vacation and the chase game was on. No adequate coverage and no customer service. After 21 years really disappointed.
I saw your reply...the Branch Manager was of the people who gave the poorest customer service

I just wanted to say that I was very disappointed with the gentleman that did my daughters road test and I will never recommend any child to take it there. He flat out told her she was a bad driver and failed her on everything including using signal lights when I watched her pull away use it as he is was staring at his feet. If for whatever reason there was good reasoning to fail her I can except that but she is a person that shouldn't be treated like she is stupid. To fail someone because they can't parallel park? There is more to driving than just that. He told me that she couldn't drive and she needs more practice.
I recommend finding a new person to do the drivers test.

Visited Drayden Insurance and Registries on August 21, 2024 afternoon to register a new vehicle and purchase a new license plate. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kellie, who not only was very personal and friendly but, extremely helpful. Not only did she assist us with our new vehicle but, also provided information/forms for after our baby arrived. As first-time parents, we really felt like she went above and beyond. We really appreciated her amazing customer service.

I was shopping for insurance and came to Drayden for a quote. I meet with Rylyn who was great she took the time to explain things to me and ended up getting me better coverage at a lower price then my current provider. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Katrin who again was amazing with her relaxed easy going manner made me feel very welcome.

Upon renewing my drivers license today I had a fantastic young man by the name Ezera that helped me. A new trainee, he is a delightful and very professional. I want to give him a shout out as for he made my experience be a great one! Definitely he will be an asset to the Drayden team.

I have been going to Drayden for years and usually have decent service. New person Tara must be having a bad day as condescending and rude was the way today. Can’t say I won’t be back but if that’s how friendly new staff is… might be worth driving into another registries.

Went to morinville registries for help with a vehicle claim. Woman working wouldn't give me answers, and totally unwilling to help me was rude. Went to Spruce Grove registries, told the same story from before. Yup, no problem, they helped me out no problem.
