Et si tu n'a pas le temps de finir avant la fermeture, il suffit de revenir avec ton item la prochaine fois. Lorsque terminé ça prends 1 semaine pour recevoir ton chef d'oeuvre

I would have given 5 stars for the service but last time I came here with a friend after we were done painting our little figurine. This guy came around handing out brushes and say one coat of glaze and then bring it up. This guy didn't even mention it was going to take 10 days. If we had known that, we would have just taken it home the way it was. It was just frustrating because that tiny detail should have been mentioned because you never know if your customers for the day are tourists and would like to bring home the artwork they did. So they gave us the option of fast fire but even then the lady at the cash gave me attitude and wasn't apologetic about it. But the fast fire will be ready 5 days so I said thats fine and when they called me to pick it up it was 2 days too late and they mentioned how it was ready 2 days earlier, they just neglected to call me. I was furious because my friend that was a tourist could have brought home his artwork. What was the point of paying for fast fire if we weren't going to get it on time? Please when you visit this place. Ask many questions as much as possible because the staff neglects to tell an important detail of the process. I understand this place probably gets a regular but please keep in mind, there would be a chance of someone being a beginner too.

There are three great reasons to visit DIY Studio Moncton:

1) Flexibility. Drop in anytime with a group up to 4 people. They open early and close later than you think. It’s an easy last minute decision.
2) Selection. They have a wide range of goods to paint, including a seasonal section. Price ranges are wide enough that it can fit anyone’s budget. Paint and glaze included in the price.
3) Clean. Given the theme and the turnover, you’d think this place would be a mess, but it’s surprisingly clean and well organized, with gentle music to set the artistic mood.

We didn’t try the food, but that service seemed quick. My only suggestion is to plan ahead for kiln time which is normally 7-10 days. Let them know if you need your pieces done quickly and they will mark your receipt FF for fast fire.

I've gone a couple times and really enjoy the place. It is perfectly put together and the way the store runs their business is so cute. Many different drinks to choose from and food items. Even adult beverages to enjoy while you paint!

The only reason I chose 4 stars rather than 5 is because the staff seem quite shy and awkward everytime I go. Even management/owner, which makes me react awkward and unsure of how to approach...

On a positive description on staff interaction. They all seem very knowledgeable of each peice they sell and are very good at guiding you through the process

Loved the ambience, had a great time. Costed me around 30$ for Painting + Coffee (Coffee was yum!) They take your finished piece to fire it, you can go back to take the fired piece after 10DAYS. It was worth the experience. Going home happy!
Ps. They don’t serve food. Just drinks and snacks.

It's always such an amazing experience at the DIY Studio! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the place is always clean, their drinks are great, and just the feel of everything is always so welcoming. You can stay there for hours painting and you wouldn't even notice because time will just fly by while you're having fun!

I find that any age group would definitely enjoy being here. They have things that both children and adults can paint. Can't wait to go back to finish my piece!

This is our second time coming here. We enjoy being able to relax and just paint. I choose a shark this time, and Madyson got an Octopus. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would just say, a little more help when it comes to glazing would be perfect. See you again soon.
