We worked with Dila for our adventure elopement in Banff and we can't say enough good things about our experience with her.

First, she's not just a talented photographer, but she's also a skilled planner who can help you talk through and build your dream elopement itinerary. Dila got to know us through multiple calls/messages and a questionnaire and she was able to put together an ideal plan for our wedding day.

On the day of, we were incredibly impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of ideal photo locations. My wife and I normally feel a bit awkward taking pictures but she made us feel comfortable and relaxed all day, and she helped us feel like the ideal photo subjects. She was so generous with her time and always asked how we were feeling and if we needed anything. Dila's husband was also available to assist as a second photographer and we loved spending our wedding day with the two of them (they were even our two witnesses during our ceremony).

Dila truly went above and beyond during her time with us, and we feel lucky to have found her for our elopement. Her limitless passion and enthusiasm for her work was always evident, starting from our first intro call with her up until we received our breathtakingly gorgeous final pictures. We'd recommend her to anyone who wants to elope in the Canadian Rockies and the surrounding area, she'll help you experience the adventure of a lifetime!

My fiancée and I wanted to do something special for our engagement photos, and we couldn't think of anything more epic than going to Banff and chartering a helicopter to take us to the top of a mountain and capture some special moments. Our first step was to find a photographer, and after an exhaustive search where we perused websites, read reviews, and interviewed photographers over Zoom, we landed on Dila. That turned out to be the best choice we made on the whole trip. Every step of the way, Dila was so helpful in giving us recommendations of where and when to take the photos, what helicopter company to use, and even where to stay.

On the big day of our photos, Deli and her husband met us out at Rockies Heli Canada for our flight, immediately putting us at ease and capturing not just the big shots we were looking for, but the minor details and moments on the way there that comprise part of the memory we'll cherish. When we landed on top of the mountain, Dila first set the mood by having us look into each other's eyes and reminisce about our relationship so far leading up to us getting engaged and coming take these photos. We were delighted to find that Dila is every bit as adventurous as we are and pushed us to get some truly amazing and dramatic shots with the beautiful mountain scenery in the background as her canvas.

It's clear that Dila loves what she does, and it shows through in her work. Whereas some photographers we interviewed gave us the impression that they would be watching the clock while taking our photos, the time seemed to be last thing on Dila's mind as she kept recommending more shots and a second location even after our contract time expired. She didn't want to leave, and neither did we!

Now having our full gallery, we couldn't be happier with the result. Everyone we show the photos to is in awe. She got the shots we dreamed of and then some, and we got a fantastic backdrop for our wedding invites and website. More than that, we got a truly unforgettable experience. Any decent photographer can take and edit photos, but what sets Dila apart is the passion she brings to her work and how she makes her photo subjects feel before, during, and after the photoshoot. We can't recommend her highly enough.

My now-fiance booked with Dila and Kieran for a surprise proposal and I couldn't be any happier that he did. We've only gotten back our sneak peek photos (around 27 photos I think), and we were absolutely amazed by every single one of them. Their photos speak for themselves so I'll leave it at that.

Aside from the photos, Dila and Kieran are such good-natured people and they were so fun to do a photoshoot with. We had never done a photoshoot before (and are very awkward people in front of a camera), but I have seen others getting their photoshoot done and I definitely think Dila and Kieran excel in working with people and making them feel comfortable.

From what my fiance has told me, Dila also meticulously worked with him over a couple of calls to make sure his surprise proposal went smoothly. He worked with her to find the perfect spot and a backup spot, and spoke logistics in terms of timing for sunset and getting on the right trail.

You can truly tell that Dila and Kieran love what they do and care about delivering beautiful results while providing their customers an equally enjoyable experience. Thank you to Dila and Kieran for their part in our perfect proposal!

Dila is a very talented photographer local to the Bow Valley. She completely exceeded our expectations and made every aspect of this experience unforgettable. My fiancée and I wanted to celebrate our engagement with something special and Dila was recommended to us by a local friend. The start of this sunset hike I kid you not it was 46 degrees outside. Thank goodness we were all well prepared but props to Dila for roughing it in the heat with us. Her talent is undeniable but her personality and ideas made for a beautiful unique experience. She had our parents write us letters to read at the top and this personal touch really made an impact on both of us. We couldn’t be happier with every part of this experience and would highly recommended this talented woman to anyone looking for engagement, wedding/ elopement photos.

We had such a great time working with Dila for our surprise engagement in Banff! I had never been to Banff so Dila worked with me to plan the logistics of the best spot to get engaged based on what I was looking for, where we would meet the day of the engagement (without my fiancé noticing), the path we would take to get to the viewpoint, and the best angle to have the perfect engagement photos. BEST PHOTOGRAPHER!!

Oh boy where do we even begin? After many rescheduled dates from our original wedding day, in the spur of the moment we decided to have our wedding in the mountains. We basically planned the wedding in about a week and it was crazy, but Dila was so reassuring and very helpful with us in making our decision. Dila was incredibly honest and literally had an answer to every question we had on how to have an intimate mountain wedding.
What we LOVE most about working with Dila is not just how she captures BEAUTIFUL photos with the scenery, but also how she connected with us as a couple and everything just blended well with each other. Dila was really able to capture wonderful moments and able to tie in our emotions with the photos.

Every minute of our experience was so easy and enjoyable. Dila was very accommodating and attentive, we didnt have to worry about anything. Dila is also great at scheduling and she sticks to it with little to no deviation (she's basically an event planner!). Not only was she great at accommodating us, but also with our friends and family. Everybody adored Dila as much as we did, it's as if we've known each other for a long time.
Lastly, Dila is very delightful, passionate and informative. If anyone is looking for a mountain photographer or even any photographer in general, she is definitely worth checking out.

On our Wedding day, WE DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. She guided us through everything.

Do it, it’s a mistake if you don’t hire her because her work is AMAZING and you don't know what you'll be missing out on. She is the BEST!
