Highly recommend digital 21. They are prompt, reliable and knowledgeable for their work in home automation, particularly wifi technology. They may not be the cheapest vendor but, in this field of work, you really do “get what you pay for”. Excellent people to work with !

We worked with Cale and his amazing team Christine, Rich and Braden to install the Control4 sound system throughout our 50 year old home. It came with the typical set of challenges that you get when dealing with the bones of an older home but none of which the team could not overcome. We’ve done a lot of renovations to modernize our home over the years and this is one of our favourite upgrades and favourite teams to work with. There are a lot of competing products and companies out there but we haven’t seen anything that matches the value and service of Cale’s team. We are excited to expand the system to include lighting and security.

I have worked with 3 different home-automation companies in this region over the last decade and have found considerable variability in customer service as well as value-for-money. Hands down Digital21 has by far been the best of them. Cale and his team were super knowledgeable, came up with great solutions for my needs, and recommended high-quality components without needlessly inflating the cost of the project. Cale and Kyle are consummate professionals. No problem is too large for them to solve. Digital21 installed our original system four years ago. We were happy, but were looking for better audio quality. Cale and Kyle spent the requisite time to devise a plan and put forth a solution that was delivered and installed yesterday. What a huge improvement in audio quality! We are delighted. We also learned it would have been wise to run all of the necessary cabling for a "gold" package installation the very first time as opposed to retrofitting after the fact.
Christine is also a pleasure to deal with and very instrumental in moving things forward.

I've known Cale and the team of Digital 21 for over a year now and I'm very impressed with their expertise and craftsmanship. As a photographer I've had the privilege of photographing some of Digital 21's projects and each time I enter a home they've worked in I'm blown away. The AV equipment is of course top notch but what really impresses me is their organization and attention to detail. Everything is neat and tidy and reflects the teams commitment to professionalism. Had my basement set up for a home theater. Digital 21 and their staff were friendly and respectful of my house. Very fast and efficient work. Digital21 provides superior service and a professional knowledge of home automation systems. I have been a customer since the beginning of Digital21.
