They keep up with changes in technology. They added a much more solid team of professionals, with better offerings, since I first started working with them. They always have time to discuss strategy, especially that David fellow. My account manager was the best.

Most stressful company to work with. Server was down and I was in a panic as I was losing lots of money hourly. Took them hours to even respond. When I made a followup phone call, the owner, David, said he was dropping me as a client and hung up on me. Also, website was delivered about 3 months after the original deadline. Lots of stuff in original contract wasn't completed.

I don't think Digital Hospitality is ready to take on advertising on Google Ads. I hired them to set up a campaign and really hoped they'd be successful but I kept getting conflicting information and excuses for mis-communication. Very disappointed.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES BEING PROVIDED BY THEM SPECIALLY DAVID. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH HIM SINCE ALMOST 7-8 YEARS NOW AND HE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO TALK AND CAN TAKE REMOTE ACCESS OF THE PC AND FIX THE PROBLEM. OUR HOTEL USES DIGITAL HOSPITALITY FOR OUR OFFICE AND LOBBY COMPUTERS. REASONABLE PRICE WITH EXCELLENT SUPPORT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
