I started working with Janet & her team several years ago. Since then, she has provided amazing advice to all my clients on how to maximize the appeal & value of their homes when selling.
We don't always get a lot of notice, but Janet is very accommodating and can always fit us in for a consultation.
Designs with Heart has a very large inventory of accessories & furniture and can accessorize or stage multiple homes.
Over the years, Janet has also fully staged a few vacant homes for my clients (see pictures below of 2 vacant homes staged by Designs with Heart).
I am fully convinced that her work has gotten several times return on the investment for my sellers.
Homes are very personal, so it's not always easy for sellers to make changes to prepare them for sale. Designs with Heart is the perfect name. Janet has always helped my clients in a kind, caring and sensitive way.
