If you need a service from them, make sure you buy the product from them otherwise they basically just tell ya don't talk to me. Fine you don't want to make a few hundred bucks, great customer service.

I had a fantastic experience buying a LG 65” tv from them. When I went into the store they had the exact model I was looking for in stock and their price on the shelf was already matching a sale price at Costco. Their customer service is amazing, they went out to their way to help me and treat me like a valued customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next TV or home audio and neither should you.

My a/c went out at the hottest time. These guys delivered and installed in my third floor walk up. No way could I carry it by myself but these guys had new one in and old one gone in less than 5minutes. Plus they delivered it after hours just to ensure I wouldn't suffer in the 93degrees my bedroom was currently at. Can not thank them enough

I was looking for a thru the wall air conditioner. After looking on line and visiting many retailers, found that very few retailers sold thru- the wall air conditioners in their brick and mortar locations. Had to order online. Delivery could take up to 15 days. So finally I went to Denomy's and purchased a 12000 btu Comfort Air thru the wall unit which they had in stock. They brought the unit out to my car and, when we found the box to be a little to large to fit in the back of my hatchback, they unpacked it for me. otherwise I would have had to drive home with the hatch open slightly even though it was only a short distance. The unit was easy to install and fit the wall sleeve perfectly. Best window or thru the wall air conditioner I have ever purchased! The only thing I could suggest is that they advertise the units on their website just as they do their audio and video equipment. Thanks Denomy"s for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which is sadly lacking at many retailers today.

Denomy's has been in Chatham-Kent for multiple generations. These guys know their stuff, and the service is out of this world if you've only ever shopped at a big box store.
