New girls a real piece of work. Refused to insure my vehicle because of a color change demanding to see it just for a coworker to walk over and say they don't have to provide anything for a color change. She didn't apologize and just said "well I didn't know that." Learn your job

Terrible customer service nasty, condescending girl Paige who basically told me to shut up while she was on the phone (with serious attitude) because she "can't hear them while I'm talking" to myself on the other side of the plexiglass quietly. I'd never go back after that horrible visit.

One of the most Frustrating companies that I have ever dealt with! They do not answer the phone; when you leave a message, it is never returned (have never dealt with a live person yet); if you send an email, it is never replied to! Does anybody work there and do they even want your business?

Very pleasant as well as informative. There is nothing like waiting to be helped and when you ask an employee a question they look at you like your from Mars. Not funny, has happened. Well I'm glad to say the ladies here actually know there job, above and beyond. My experiences at Dave Dales I'm still in a good mood and I got taken care of what I went in for. Friendly staff. Visited to finally obtain my Learner's. I was surprised to be handed a paper test instead of being directed to a kiosk with a computer. But don't think it would've made much difference in the time it took to complete.

I made the mistake of booking my kid’s road test here. The examiner took them on routes with no posted speed limit, and is a nervous wreck that shouldn’t be judging new drivers. Take your test elsewhere, where you’ll actually have a chance at passing. My kids traumatized and is scared to drive now. You’d think driving lessons and my full confidence in them would almost guarantee a pass, but this women clearly is looking to fail. I’m giving this place 4 stars because the staff inside were very friendly and helpful. A big zero for the examiner!
