The Danby House is a lovely B and B. Julia and Gregory are kind and considerate hosts. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is superb and the common area living and dining rooms are very welcoming. If you're lucky, you will catch Julia playing the piano! The house is ideally located to explore the area and Julia and Gregory have lots of local recommendations, if you want them. I highly recommend the Danby House!

My experience in Danby House has always been amazing as I've been here twice! It truly feels home, away from home, a lovely escape from the city if you want some peace and relaxation. Julia and Gregory are lovely hosts and very hospitable, makes you feel very much welcomed. Breakfast is included and their homemade yogurt is always my favorite. I would highly recommend Danby House and a place I would definitely visit again and again! Also being so close to Blue Mountain makes Danby House your perfect staycation. Very much deserved 5⭐️!☺️

We had the most wonderful experience here. Highly recommended, cozy spot and not to far from fun activities such as blue mountain village, Scandinavia spa and the scenic caves. Will be visiting again very soon. Prices were great! Also .. breakfast is homemade and healthy. The hostess was very accommodating and just a wonderful person.

We had a one night stay this week passed and enjoyed it immensely.
Julia was the ideal host and her home was incredibly charming.
The rooms were impeccable. The bed was very comfortable and the service was beyond expectations.

Stayed here Monday July 28th in the Jane 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing! We are building nearby and woke up early to be greeted with a wonderful home made breakfast! Amazing place, warmest hospitality.

We stayed in the walker suite. The bed was very comfortable. The room was well appointed and very clean. It was very quiet. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was good and filling. The homemade yoghurt was a very nice touch. Water pressure in shower was great. Parking was included. Instructions for access very easy to follow.

Great spot close to everything, amazing breakfast, easy check in and out. Lots to do in the area, Marilynns restaurant is a must, make real ahead though, Stevens also good, and walk to golf , parks, arena. Good selection of coffee and teas, great yard
