Excellent experience at this store from Justice.

I came in to take advantage of a boxing week deal and have my plan lowered. He referred me to the loyalty department as it was past the date the deal was on, but they were able to accommodate it partially.

I didn’t end up even buying a phone at this store as they didn’t have the one that I wanted but Justice sourced another store that had the phone I wanted and had them hold it for me.

I visited this location yesterday to trade in/upgrade my phone. I find these experiences stressful and Donovan Rose assisted in a multitude of ways. He did his best to minimize cost and was kind, professional and informative throughout the entire process. Thank-you very much Donovan! The mail back all went to plan thanks to you, as well as the data transfer and I was able to make my flight.

I hate this location. It was the worst experience. Over 3.5 hours to get my phone switched. Deleted my old phone before I could check if everything transferred over. When I said it didn't fully transfer, I got alwell that your phone is deleted already. i said to save my screen protector as my new ones didn't come in yet. He threw it out and refused to even get it. Then gave me a higher bill than what I was supposed to have.
