So I initially chose Curl Up and Dye because I love a good pun. Overall, I have not been disappointed.

Never before have I had a blowout like what I’ve received here. I mean I feel like a modern Charlie’s Angel. My haircuts have been exactly what I wanted and the full foil truly transformed my overall look (in a good way). They run a lot of promotions and seem to really support furry friends and community. It’s easy to get an appointment and I feel good about myself when I leave. Prices are great, especially for the expertise the stylists have. The salon is clean and cute.

As far as negatives, my wedding day hair appointment disappeared, but I was able to get in and have my makeup done as well. My makeup photographed so beautifully. My hair…well it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t necessarily what I had envisioned or would get again. However, it stayed put so that’s a plus plus.

Sometimes the vibe is a little stereotypically gossipy like hair salons can be, but I try to find times where there isn’t a big crowd. Any negatives come down to personal preferences.

Cas is the best! Love her talent and bubbly friendly personality. She always makes my hair look great! All the ladies there are super nice and great with my son’s haircuts too.

What amazing service! I came in with extremely damaged bleached hair & I decided to go back to my more of my natural colour. Sandra took such great care , explained what she was going to do, and I’m extremely happy with the end result! I 100% recommend this salon!

I have had 7 appointments double booked or lost in the 5 months. After the 6th time I said I would never return. They apologized and booked my next appointment for free which was also double booked when I got there. Just unbelievably poor customer service for the exuberant prices they charge. I highly recommend not wasting your time here like I have.

Worst experience I have ever had with a place. The drama and gossip and complete lack of professionalism was inexplicable! I can only speak to this place as someone who "hired" them for a wedding however, the lack of communication, price hikes, no solid meetings, no contract, constrictions of time frame and constant changes to that time frame and when it was all said and the choice was made to cancel with 10 days notice. After the ordeal was over and dealt they dropped not only me but anyone involved as clients completely even if they had nothing to do with it? No. Never. Not happening. My experience was only with one person at this place but if the way she handles business was this terrible? I don't think the rest of it would have been better. Please comment if you need additional information as a business I don't think they were even aware of this interaction.

Awesome experience! Went in after their busy holiday season and the owner was still loving it (: My hair was done exactly as I wanted it. The ambience in that place is pretty great (: good job ladies and gents 😊😊!

Lots of helpful tips and services beyond hair. We had pedicures there, as well as, a haircut and they were friendly and caring. Looking forward to booking a massage there in the new year.
