Had the loveliest time at @cupofintention celebrating two dear friends’ birthdays through one of their creative workshops.
We made bracelets and decorated trays — some with paint, others with pressed flowers — and it was such a peaceful, joy-filled experience. 🌿✨

Ginny, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can truly feel how much care and pride she puts into her work and how thoughtfully she treats her guests. She even gave us extra time to finish our pieces, which we really appreciated.

It was such a special way to mark a celebration, and I’d highly recommend one of her workshops for birthdays, girls’ outings, or simply a meaningful afternoon spent creating with loved ones.

I had the best experience here for a fun date night! I really wanted to go candle making, but some other studios in Ottawa don’t seem to prioritize the smell of the candle over the experience. That was not a problem here! The scents available were all so amazing and we were guided through every step of the process with easy instructions.
The studio space is also so cute and bright with lots of natural light. I highly highly recommend candle making “sip and paint (candle trays)” as a fun activity to do in Ottawa!

With such a large group, the team handled everything beautifully — setup and cleanup were effortless, and they even left our space spotless.

They went above and beyond to incorporate our brand and our fall theme, which made the experience feel really special. Everyone had such a great time, and it truly became the highlight of our event.

Ginny is such a calm and welcoming source of energy. From the moment you walk into her place, there is a sense of calm. The workshops are beautiful, there is no sense of urgency to create the perfect piece, its a wonderful place to go unwind and enjoy using your creative minds.

Ginny made my daughter's 11th Birthday such a wonderful experience! The group of girls got to make beautiful bracelets and flower pressed dishes. The studio was well organized and she even provided custom made birthday bags for the girls to take home their handmade crafts. I know it won't be long until my daughter will be back to try another workshop!

My husband and I spent the afternoon building beautiful scented candles today. Ginny encourages you to blend essential oils to create something unique to your own preferences.
We spent the morning holiday shopping and it was a lovely calm change of pace. I would absolutely do this again. Ginny is a gracious hostess. It was a lot of fun!
