Jonathan and the CSDF Construction crew built an amazing 3-leveled patio and spacious shed featuring high quality craftsmanship and expert attention to detail. Jonathan was excellent to communicate with at all stages of the build. He was able to plan and construct a shed that dealt with working around the challenges of a water retaining backyard. Jonathan and his team are professional, friendly and committed to producing exceptional work. Highly recommended!

Jonathan really went above and beyond to build me a beautiful deck. He was very responsive to any questions I had, and the price was very reasonable. It turned out even better than I'd hoped, and the whole process was very smooth. They were able to demolish and take away the old deck, and checked in with me almost daily to see if any adjustments needed to be made. Would definitely recommend Jonathan and his team to anyone considering having a new deck built.

We chose CSDF (Jonathan and crew) to build our deck and out of a number of quotes we received - are we ever glad we chose them!! We now have an absolutely STUNNING deck built of the most high quality materials and every little details taken into account. Jonathan is not just a builder, he's a craftsman and a PERFECTIONIST. I've never seen a crew so dedicated to their work and willing to accommodate any changes or alterations. Often times, it would be Jonathan who comes back to me and says "I was thinking about this all night and what do you think about building this...?" In the end, we have a deck that is way beyond our wildest dreams - and it's one that I know we will enjoy for the rest of our lives. I can't recommend CSDF, Jonathan and his crew enough! I'm so glad I picked Jonathan - and can assure you that you won't be disappointed if you hire him. We were so impressed that we're thinking of having them remodel our kitchen!!!

So pleased with the work these gentlemen did on the front deck/pergola of our home. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is what makes them a "cut above." We recently had our front deck redone by CSDF and are extremely satisfied with the professionalism, cost, and quality of craftsmanship. We were provided with a free detailed estimate to start our experience with CSDF. It was easy to read and noted everything we discussed during the consultation. Once the work began it was quite clear that attention to detail is extremely important to this company. We were impressed by the measures taken to ensure the job was done right.
