I had my winter tires installed at Crosstown Motors Roblin on Dec 23, 2024, and was offered free storage for my summer tires by the salesperson. I have all the paperwork. When I went to pick them up, I was told "they aren’t here." No explanation, no solution. I trusted them with my property, and now I’m down a full set of tires. As a single mom, this is the last thing I needed. Very disappointed. 😡

Amazing staff and customer service! I was on my way to Saskatoon when my dash started lighting up. I pulled in here in hopes they could take a look and see if I could make it the rest of the way. They checked it out and found two issues that had to be fixed immediately. Despite it being just before closing on a Friday multiple staff went above and beyond to stay late and help me get back on the road. I made it to my destination with no more issues and couldn’t have appreciated the service more!

Bought a truck from these guys, and I felt ripped off. I bought this truck without seeing it in person(I'm from Ontario) partly my fault but I thought it was a good
deal, was told the truck was in "mint" shape except the tailgate had a small ding, I could live with it, no big deal, me and my wife dropped are daughter at her grand parents and we hit the road for an 8 hour drive to meet in winnipeg to pick the truck up, as they drove the truck into the parking lot I could see what looked like water, thought it was just water from from AC I did ask about it, they told me there mechanic checked and it was all good. And this is where I should of clued in I was being screwed, once looking at the truck I realised there was damage to the one side def not "mint" shape the windshield was cracked, ding on the tailgate was bigger then explained(again I guess this is my fault for not speaking up) but I drove 8 hours to pick a truck up and wasnt leaving without one as I needed it for work the next week. So we set out to drive home, check engine light comes on not even 5 minutes outside winnipeg, call the sales guy he says to go to steinbach and go to the chevy dealer there, we bring it there they tell us it's the Diesel exhaust fluid that's leaking(not the water from the AC like we were told) and the part was on back order, call the sales guy again, he didnt know what to do, this is really where I should of walked away from this deal but I really did need it for work, I told the sales guy to get his mechanic to remove one from another truck and bring it down, it took another day, another night in a hotel, which they never offered to pay for another day of food, by the time they brought the part and got it in we now had to drive in the dark. Once home and had time to actually look over the truck, I realised there was scratches and nicks all over the place they covered up with touch up paint, and I'm not talking a couple nicks here and there the amount of scratches was actually ridiculous, I kept the truck for awhile but it was in and out of the shop and always 6 weeks at a time, and it wasnt an old truck, 2016 Chevy Colorado. I just traded the truck in and took a huge loss because of how bad the paint was. Would not recommend this dealer to be transparent about anything.

Great service and friendly staff. Had a great time there, twice I had my 2019 GMC Terrain serviced. They can improved the waiting lounge though, its really hard to watch the tv sideways.hahaha
