I took my road test at Crossfield Registry, and my experience was amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Robin and the other lady at the front desk I believe her name is Gillian, were incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process.
We had just got back from vacation and didn’t notice our car insurance had expired and we didn’t get the new one in the mail yet so she helped us find their number to call them and get an electronic one sent over.
I am very grateful for her help.

A huge thank you to Thor, the examiner who did my road test. He was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. I never felt rushed, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

Highly recommend this registry for anyone needing to take their road test or any other services!

An amazing registry. Will go there for everything related to registries henceforth. Guillian was at the desk, greeting everyone who came to the registry with a smile. Mohammed was the examiner who was very professional and clear with his instructions during the road test.

Out of many registries in Alberta this one deserves a shoutout for Honesty, Courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I took my road test yesterday at Crossfield registry and it was a great experience. Both staff members at the front were so friendly and my instructor, Thor, was the perfect person for the job. I have adhd and struggle with any test, regardless of my skill or knowledge, and his calm and gentle demeanor allowed me to focus fully on my driving.
I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!

Workers were very friendly, nice, and always helpful! The facility was very clean. I wrote my learners exam there, they only have one machine, but offer also paper, from the 3 times I was there I didn’t seem to have an issue with having to wait in line.
*You get a free donut when you pass your learners exam
