Saw the reviews on Google and I was really impressed! I had gone to Shoppers Drug Mart and other photo places in the past for my daughter and I, but this was the best experience I've had so far. He did a great job photographing my 4 month old baby for a passport photo. The space was clean, comfortable and professional. He was friendly and really great at communicating everything he was doing, which highlighted his skills, experience and attention to detail. He gave great advice on where to get convenient, fast service for the actual passport application too, which was very much appreciated.

Today, we visited to this
studio to get pictures taken for my baby’s OCI application. As we were unsure about the specific photo requirements, I relied on the photographer, who assured us that he was familiar with the necessary specifications.

However, when we went to BLS, the photos were rejected because the baby’s ears were not visible—something clearly outlined in the official guidelines. I contacted the photographer and requested that the photos be redone, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, he blamed BLS and suggested that I should opt for the premium lounge service, implying that only then the photos would be accepted.When I insisted that the issue was with the photo and requested a retake, he said he would charge us again. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor service. As a customer, I expected accountability and professionalism, not blame-shifting and additional charges for an error that was not mine.

I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure better service and customer support in the future.

We had baby passport pictures completed and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. They were Professional, efficient and friendly. They really made it an easy process. The picture turned out great too for our newborn. I would highly recommend.

Please support your small, local businesses. Creative Studio was great. The studio itself is in a house, but it's clean, professional, and provides very fast service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I asked for a set of photos and it only cost me $20. Amazing.

However, I was fortunate to come across a studio that offers a lay-down photoshoot specifically designed for infants—making the entire experience 100% stress-free. There was no need to struggle with supporting the baby’s neck or keeping them still. The studio owner is highly experienced and handled my baby with such gentle care. He even used a few clever techniques to calmly wake her up and ensure her eyes were open—without me having to put in any effort. I was truly impressed by the service and professionalism.
