I agree with the last post…I’d give a 0. The pictures they asked for were ridiculous; send out an adjuster. 2 weeks for a quote. I have a house going up for sale. Why would I replace a functioning water heater?! Then the excuse was, it would have been $7000. I would have paid that, up front!!

Had been with them for 10 years and insurance kept going up and up and had to talk to them to get it down but still wasn't good enough and not worth paying almost 500 a month for home and auto for being a "renewal" customer. in the beginning I was set up for sommercial car insurance for 3 years before anyone told me and I never used it for that and wasn't given anything back from paying 6000 over my actual cost and was recently just told that even though I've been paying 3 days before my renewal that it accounts to a month behind. Such bs from insurance. Will never reccomend or deal with again

1 ONY BECAUSE I CANT GIVE 0 STARS. This has bin hands down the worse epierence of my life. The people are horrible to deal with, never get back to you or answer any kind of information with consistency. These people are plain old HORRIBLE. Do not go here for ANY type of Insurance including buissness insurance. I hope Noone ever has to experience the let down and cruelty coming from a so call canadawide company. DO NOT GO HERE

The people here are super easy to work with. Whenever I have a problem or question they are very helpful. I've had my insurance policy with them for a few years and have never had any problems, and the customer service is exemplary.
