You’re gonna love this place. It’s difficult to decide on a cookie, a cupcake or a Oreo covered in chocolate. Currently, they have the Christmas in July Oreo covered in chocolate and it’s so good. 😊 my son I came here for our date and he enjoyed his sprinkle cookie while I had a cup cake with coffee. I love that they do custom cookies and they really catered it to the persons theme, love love love. If you’re looking for a place to sit, they have a patio and a fountain across from them and the water sounds so good when you’re having a conversation with people that you love and yummy 😋 desserts🧁. And the lady at the counter that served us was super sweet too. A wonderful place to visit.

Stopped by cookies&cupcake for a morning treat and had a great experience! I got a coffee and one of their oatmeal chocolate and pecan cookies-recommended by the super friendly staff member, and it was a fantastic choice. The cookie was delicious, perfectly balanced, and went great with my coffee. Definitely planning to come back soon!

We have been long time fans of this bakery since they opened in Barrie. I think we have tried every cupcake flavor. Always a moist cake, the icing is our favorite. The designs are always beautiful. We enjoy their cookies & cupcakes at every family event. It's a staple for our families desserts. We have since moved 1.5 hours away from this location and still return to purchase more. BEST Barrie (and beyond) Bakery by far!!!

I can’t believe your reviews are so favorable. Your cupcake crumb is not pleasant and the icing texture is waxy. Even the choc chunks were waxy and void of chocolate flavour. I also tried the red velvet cookie and it had no flavour. Yikes

Cookies & Cupcakes never disappoints! Everything tastes so fresh and delicious, the cookies are soft and full of flavour, and the cupcakes are perfectly sweet.
On another hand, Avery (a worker) was amazing! Her customer service was top-notch: super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell she really cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Cookies and Cupcakes by Design is amazing! The treats are delicious, cookies are soft and flavorful, and the cupcakes are absolutely perfect. The shop is super clean and well-organized, and the customer service is top-notch. Special shout-out to Avery for being so respectful, kind, and helpful. She made the experience even better.
