I reached out to one of the agents regarding a property I was interested in, provided all my information promptly, and was hoping for a smooth and transparent process. Unfortunately, the communication felt dismissive at times, and I didn’t feel the experience was handled with the level of professionalism I expected.
As a prospective tenant/buyer, clarity, respect, and fairness are key in these interactions, and sadly, this experience didn’t meet that standard for me.
