Concept Jewelry Design exceeded our expectations on customer service, transparency, design and the final product; our bespoke wedding rings.

We found Carmen and Brittney at Concept after coming to the realization that my wife and I were not going to find our ideal rings (natural ruby) at off-the-shelf jewelry stores and that a custom creation was needed.

Carmen, Brittney and the Team at Concept worked with closely with us to design, model and finally bring our vision to life. The entire process was conducted in an extremely professional and friendly atmosphere where our needs (design, materials, budget, timelines) were carefully considered. The process, start to finish, was transparent and it was evident early on that there was a genuine appreciation for quality and complete customer satisfaction. Status updates, design changes and mock-ups were communicated in a timely matter and without delay.

We made the right decision using Concept for our one-of-a-kind wedding rings and truly could not be happier with not only the final product but the professionalism, diligence and manufacturing process.

For our milestone wedding anniversary, I wanted to turn the original wedding ring into the ring that I wished I could’ve bought for my wife back then. We wanted a custom upgrade using the original gems and we first visited Carmen at Concept to see what she could do for us. The custom design was presented to us quickly, we loved the concept, and we moved forward with it.

The end product was far beyond our wishes! The ring was transformed from “just a ring” to what looks like a family heirloom.

Carmen was so incredible to work with while designing my engagement ring. She made the whole process an absolute dream, from start to finish- even going so far as to bringing in a few more diamonds for me to look at when I was on the fence (only to go with the one I originally fell in love with). She was so thorough and honest throughout the design process, giving her professional input wherever needed to make sure that my ring was going to not only be beautiful, but would also suit my day to day lifestyle. She’s the only jeweller that works with salt + pepper diamonds in the Edmonton area that I could find, and I can’t imagine anyone else creating my dream ring!

A hidden gem of a store in St. Albert. Everywhere you looked there were some very cool and amazing items. Very reasonably priced and the lovely ladies were super helpful. Would definitely recommend if you need to get some Christmas shopping done as they have something for everyone.
