Great Food. I had the 2 pc Fish N Chips. Made from Northern Pike, it tastes fantastic. My son had the Taco Rice. The server is very attentive with needed items. It is very busy. But the kitchen keeps up with the flow Very Well.

If your hungry and in Beausejour, this is the place you want to go. The waitress Sky is naturally confident, and friendly! She remember’s your order to perfection with no pen and paper. The service was fast, the beer was ice cold. A classic mistake on my part, no food pictures, I was hungry and it looked so good I just dug right in. The chef nailed it! Even preparing us some complimentary beet chips, which we all loved. Thank you for the great lunch, I’ll be back!

The beet and yam chips were delicious and portions huge. I could have just eaten those but I had to also try the fish tacos and silly fries which were also good. Great value for the portion sizes. I was so full so i got a key lime pie to go because I heard that was also a must try. Next time I will have to try the taco rice.

Good grief! Good eats! Err...no! GREAT eats!
This place does it all so well!
First visit to Colins’ House - for 2 people we ordered the following and shared -
1 order of beet chips and 1 order of yam chips, 1 fresh crisp mandarin almond salad (plenty of left over chips brought home to enjoy later) followed with each of us having a slice of lime pie with mango sauce - by far thee most delicious lime pie that I have ever tasted!!!
The chip servings are large and the dips are divine!
Nick the server was super efficient, a friendly face to greet you and quickly make you feel welcome!
A definite thumbs up from this gal!
Come on out and support this restaurant and all their delicious made in-house vittles! Definitely worth the short drive from Winnipeg!
I will definitely soon be returning to try something new - meanwhile I’m serving you notice -

Best thing that’s happen to this small town! Full of fresh flavours and delicious options throughout the whole menu. Tacos are incredible along with their taco rice, beet chips, chicken fingers & i’m sure everything else. YUM. Cute patio in the summer!

I really enjoyed my dinner and I'm so happy that I stopped by on my way back from the Whiteshell. I shared some beet chips with my friend and I had three tacos: Classic with beef reminded me of an elevated North American style taco but made with more traditional ingredients, the pulled pork was very yummy. The fish tacos were a miss, they reminded me of the taste of highliners fish cutlets and the sauce wasn't very flavorful. That's just a personal dislike and I know that they do use high quality ingredients and make it fresh, I just wouldn't get that option again personally. Highly recommend to anybody returning to Winnipeg to stop in Beausejour and enjoy a bite to eat. It was really nice that they had a patio set up in front of the store, and I hope next time I return they have some greenery and floral arrangements on the patio to make the atmosphere even nicer.

I live in Winnipeg and would rather drive the hour it takes to go to this restaurant than go anywhere else in the city. Definitely worth every moment invested in eating there. Great food, great service, great dessert. Like, really great dessert. No photo of the dessert because it went too quickly. Also, Colin himself is a gem and should be very proud of this spot.
