Purchased $500 worth of led and accessories for my Ram (1 set of cap extensions and 1 set of modules too). The LED are absolutely no brighter than anything on Amazon. I was told I only needed modules for high beam. That was not true because the low beam clearly flickered after I installed them without modules.

Oct 1st I was given the return address. I shipped them back (2 sets of led only in one box as I couldn't find the other box which they said was fine) on Oct 22nd as I had to wait for my replacement bulbs from Amazon and on a Ram truck it's a project to install them. So I had to wait for a day off to do it. They were delivered Oct 28th back to the seller. The seller said he didn't receive them despite the tracking saying he did. It's now been 5 days since anyone has gotten back to me (before this they would always respond within a day). I had trouble with the led flickering. They weren't bright at all. Before I shipped them back they told me they would make it right and apologized for the issues. I thought that was great. But in the end they didn't keep their word.

So. They have their bulbs back as far as I know and roughly $350 of my money. I kept the modules and extensions as those were fine. I sent pics of our convo and tracking info as proof. No response.

Now I have to open up a claim with Canada Post and Mastercard I guess!

Avoid this company. I bought Canadian and supported a Canadian Business only to be ripped off. All I want is my money back for the bulbs. $350 (roughly) is a lot of money to me and my family.

My brother in law recommended this company to me. He is not impressed with all of this. So. I'm sure they lost at least 2 customers over this.

I'd gladly change my review if I just get my money back.

I'm not a scammer or a bad person. I just want what I am entitled too. Canadians should be good to one another.

My truck put up a fight but Mark came through and everything works great. 3 year warranty on the lights and lifetime on the labor. I would recommend.

Excellent service, great quality products! I have a light bar from Mark, that I bought 4 years ago that we installed on one of our Ford F-150 service trucks, the light is still bright with no cracks or moisture. It’s definitely held the test of time (so far!). I’m glad I installed another light bar on two of our new dodge trucks!

This is a great company, they value their warranty and the products are amazing quality for a realistic price. I bought a full set of headlight and foglight bulbs, light output is incomparable to a weak OEM setup. I had an issue with one of the headlights not working properly, and he replaced it, no questions asked, even met me first thing in the morning as I was traveling through Camrose. Great company great products!

Mark went above and beyond while installing my audio system in my truck. It was unfortunate the amp that I brought didn’t work when we tested the system but Mark sold me a new one for half of retail price. Everything was done properly and in a timely manner as I watched the whole install. I won’t be going anywhere else for lighting or audio equipment.

Have gotten multiple products and have loved them all. Previously bought LED lights from another place and they lasted 2 months. I have been running my LED lights I bought from cold rock for the last year and a half and have had no issues at all with no flicker. Life saver for driving at night.

Mark is spot on when it comes to professionalism and business ethics. I have purchased headlights and fog lights for 2 different vehicles from him. He knew exactly what I needed for each and didn’t try to sell me extras just to make money. One fog light recently stopped working. When I contacted him, no issues at all a couple pics showing I destroyed them and He is sending a replacement right away. His customer service is on par. Very professional in how he handles warranties, complaints, etc. I recommend anyone who wants a great quality product and excellent service to give cold rock accessories a try. Did I mention his lights are the brightest around? Excellent vision in low light or dark conditions. All around a great company.
