Robert has been excellent at supplying leads. Many need more time to transact yet they are ready and willing to be nurtured. And if they are not then Robert will take them back and provide a replacement. Others have been ready to sign right away and do business. This service is valuable to us and we are using it in many markets. Like any lead service at the end of a year you might find that 20% transacted in that year while the other 80 are still being nurtured. This 20% does more than pay the cost of the service.

I gave Shayne Johnson a fair chance because he had a satisfaction guaranteed policy where they would refund you if it didn't work out. After getting five leads it was clear that they were not qualifying them. Three of them told me frankly that they said to the rep they were not interested. I don't expect every lead to work out but it became obvious they were forwarding anyone that was willing to give them a phone number.

I asked for a partial refund and it's been five weeks now of Shayne saying it's coming tomorrow. Not worth the effort anymore to chase after him.

I have been doing real estate for over 15 years and I know how to convert leads into clients. My Overall experience with Clifind has been very negative. Lots of leads that go nowhere or are unreachable after the fact, and no intention of ever selling in the timeframe mentioned on the lead sheet. I have maybe made positive contact with 2 or 3 people that genuinely wanted to talk with me. I have met two actual people face to face that wanted to get evaluations on their properties but still did not want to list or sell their homes. I believe that the questions asked by the campaigners are leading and designed to get a yes on the other side so they can be passed off as a valid lead that wants to sell their home. Questions like "Would you be interested in selling your home for the right price?" who wouldn't say yes to this? Doesn't mean that they are thinking about selling for real. I have also talked with many that said they already have an agent that they are working with as well. Again the lead sheet states that they are "NOT" working with any realtors. Th lead sheets always give a time frame for sale 3-4 months or 1-3 months. But when asked I have yet to talk with anyone that was true to the timelines specified on the lead sheet. So when I decided to spend over $2500.00 it was based on the words from the lead sales rep that these leads would be vetted and legitimate. They have been a far cry from this. When the lead sheet says they are planning to sell in the next couple months, and you get them on the phone and they say that they may sell in the next few years. There is something wrong in the process leading up to the assignment of the lead. We are buying false information and therefore this is the reason for my negative review. It's hard to gain the trust of a consumer when the person who paves the way to that person sets you up with misinformation. Then you look unprofessional on the follow up when you ask them questions and the answers you get look nothing like the summary on the lead sheet.
I have addressed this concern with the lead rep on 2 separate occasions as well as before I agreed to purchase their services. I had a similar experience with a company called one touch solutions. So I was hesitant on moving forward with these guys. I was assured that the lead scrubbing would produce Valid prospects. So far after 30 plus leads I have yet to sign a listing. I have only been able to meet 2 people face to face. I've had probably 10 leads that I never even made an initial contact with after leaving voicemails a number of times. So Buyer beware on this service.

Agents beware. They've reached out to me twice over the year and both times there are clear discrepancies between what they promise and what they deliver - and this is before you sign up with them. They acknowledged they aren't licensed for real estate leads. When asked to provide references they balk; when challenged to answer for the discrepancies they fell silent both times. If that is the way busienss is done when they are trying to win my business, I can only image what the experience will be. I know little more about their business but enough to know our values don't fit.

Simply, they do what they say they are going to do unlike other competing companies in their line of business!
