What a fantastic move. Owner Jason is involved and so genuine. And the staff were excellent too. Everything was so well packed. Jason and his staff are so professional and concerned about giving excellent customer service. It’s nice to watch the teamwork. Everyone has this can do attitude. Clarke's provided excellent service. Christian and his team arrived on-time @ 8:15 AM and carefully loaded the truck, drove from Courtenay to Parksville, arriving @ 1 PM , unloaded ( 2nd floor with an elevator) and departed back to Cumberland around 5:15 PM.

It was a very long day for everyone, however we couldn't have been more pleased.

Great to see a long time locally owned family business be successful! Debi and I strongly recommend Clarke's Household Moving.

10/10 experience from start to finish for the move from Vancouver to Vancouver Island. This is a class act professional operation with a warm human touch. Jason (owner) and Laura (office manager) were wonderful to work with before the move to help put us at ease and help us get ready. The movers Christian, Jim and Clint and kitchen packer Collette were a great crew to have in our home. They had a great camaraderie and were efficient, courteous and professional. Everything was wrapped and packed so well, and there was no breakage or damage during the move, which we had been warned by friends that "there will always be at least one item broken or damaged during a move". If we ever have to move again, there is no question one of the first calls will be to Clarke's Household Moving.

I recently used Jason Clarke and Clarke’s Household Moving team when I sold my house in Comox B.C. and moved to Red Deer Alberta. Jason takes great pride in his company and his team. As he says, his name is on the truck, so he wants the best for his clients. He knows moving can be stressful, so he makes sure everything possible is done to keep your precious items safe. This man is punctual, just the way a professional businessman should be. No only did he move my house full of furniture, but he also moved my wife’s car. The car was delivered in perfect condition. The amount charged for this move was fair and reasonable. Everything was delivered on time and his crew was professional and friendly. I would recommend Clarke’s Household Moving to my family, my friends and anyone wishing to deal with a company where honesty and integrity are always front and centre.
