The Doctors here are phenomenal, literally the best ive ever experienced. The front desk staff however are the complete opposite, I have never had such terrible and unpleasant experience trying to book a doctors appointment as I do every single time I have to deal with the front desk staff.

Front desk staff are just the worst, always getting attitude from them and barely ever had a professional conversation with them. Regarding the doctors I've had to help one figure out how his system worked.. I'd rather drive an hour to Dawson than have to deal with them.

The staff were very nice but the doctor was very rude. He said he didn't want to help me because he wanted to leave early. He said he was too busy but he only had one other patient when I was there. If I could I would give him negative Stars and do not recommend anyone to this walk-in clinic.

Dr. Banas has made me sicker on more than one occasion by ignoring my concerns, misdiagnosing me, and being rude and condescending at the same time. One time I went to him with bronchitis, which I have had before so I knew what it was. He told me I just had a cold and to take tylenol. A month later I still had it so I went to the hospital, where they told me if I had waited any longer, I would have gotten pneumonia. Which I had explained to Banas i was a high risk for! The second instance, I asked him about medical cannabis for my severe menstrual pains that last all month. He laughed in my face and ignored the question. He should not be a doctor!

I went in with two problems and the doctor didn't even look at me and now two weeks later both of my problems are worse. My visit was worse than a waste of time. This Clinic is an absolute embarrassment and it's practice is shameful.

For years Dr. Anton Venter was an anazming doctor to many families in chetwynd including my own. And it was well understood that his skills were needed elsewhere when he made the decision to practice in Dawson Creek. It makes me sad to say that I won't be returning to the Chetwynd clinic, mostly because both of the doctors that are usually available to see me, have made me incredibly uncomfortable with every visit I've made to them in the last few months, as well as several other people that I know whom of which have already switched clinics in a different town. I've heard "rude", "unprofessional", "mean", "stares at his computer the whole time," and "he never gets my prescriptions right", from numerous people who are talking about the same two men. As patients we should not feel anxious or stressed or angry whether we're walking in or out of the doctors office and I'm shocked that these people are allowed to practise medicine in a family clinic of all places.

I always get the best service in this clinic. It is much better than what it was before. The staff is super nice and the doctors are very knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. I think we have the best doctors in the area.

Had a covid scare. Work here don't live here. The doctor and nurse and Tina who helped me were utterly professional and kind was totally impressed. Thank you. Merry Christmas.
