My husband and I went in to look for some “just because” flowers. We weren’t acknowledged and walked to the front where the flower refrigerator is located. The woman working came to the counter and asked what we wanted. Just like that: “what do you want?” I asked if she had other flowers and she said she had flowers in the fridge. Again I asked if she had other flowers and she asked if it was for a wedding and I said no, just flowers for home. I asked if she had a look book or a list of other flower arrangements/available flowers. Her response was “what are you getting at?” It is difficult to interpret tone, but it was overtly hostile. I said we just wanted flowers and she said she didn’t have a portfolio and the only flowers available were the ones on display. She said to go look at the fridge and walked off.

The flowers were common and arranged such that they were very similar to those found at Walmart…only they were all over $100. We left and were out the door before she said “have a nice day.”

The sole reason I’m giving 2 stars is because there was some cute decor that wasn’t very unreasonably priced. Otherwise, the quality of flowers and service was so bad that neither of us have gone back or will purchase flowers there (we were eventually looking for wedding flowers, but not at that time). We regularly buy flowers so it was a bummer to have such a negative experience.

Celebrations put out quality bouquets when they were owners. I paid $165 for a Mother’s Day bouquet. I had it sent for the day after Mother’s Day 2024 (the Tuesday)It was late it was delivered on the Thursday. My mom Said she had missed a call Wednesday but had no calls in the Tuesday. The arrangement is awful in my opinion for the price paid. I contacted petals plus they said they’d send a replacement which was clearly not needed as the moment passed. The phone number was left with me I was under the weather and never bothered to call. They also have my number to speak to me but never called either.
$165.00 is what I spent I upgraded the bouquet. Thats what I ordered vs what I got and that was with a 5% off coupon that was offered on line as I do not live in whitecourt.
I won’t order flowers again.

What a beautiful store with amazing owners/staff. I had flowers sent to a friend of mine and I live out of town - I forgot to ask for the ladies name but she made it so easy. The shop is filled with beautiful flowers and most amazing arrangements. I definitely recommend anybody looking for fresh flowers to come check this place out, or go online! Thank you so much again!

5 stars for these ladies. I originally ordered a bouquet online. Realized the next day they do candy bouquets as well. Asked if they could change my order to the candy bouquet instead of flowers and fluff it up for the price I had already paid for the flowers. They well exceeded my expectations. The candy bouquet arrived far more packed and beautiful than I expected, and most importantly - my honey LOVED it. Give your business to Celebrations. They will exceed expectations and go above and beyond. If I could give a million stars I would.

Loved my experience with this shop. Purchased a flower arrangement for my mother after my grandmother passed and it stayed fresh much longer than most bouquets I’ve purchased elsewhere. The lady I dealt with was super friendly and the price for the quality was well worth it. I will be using them for all of my bouquet purchases in the future. They also have a very cute store front with small gift options which is great!

Ordered an arrangement for a friend's fathers funeral. I had to phone it in and found the owner to be very rude on the phone. I asked her to create something nice and then send me a pic and an invoice to my email, so as I could see what I was getting for my money. She never sent either. My friend sent me a pic of the flowers and for what I paid I could've easily have got an arrangement twice if not 3 times the size at any other flower shop. My friend said all the flowers were dead within a week, with most being dead in a couple of days. For an arrangement that cost me $157, I would of expected quality goods. I would not order from this place ever again. Not happy with the results at all.

Every time I use Celebrations they go above and beyond! I had a plant delivered to my dad for his birthday this week and it was huge, healthy and in a really pretty planter! I really appreciate the extra special touches and I know it made my dad's day! Thank you so much. I will continue to use you for all my Whitecourt gift needs 🙂
