I didn't know what I was looking for exactly when I approached Carmen. I just told her I was looking to find "me" and to be able to capture that person as a gift for my family.
Carmen has an amazing ability and talent that can see the beauty in a person and can capture it for all to see.
She went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with her professionalism. She was able to find the joy in our family pictures and to find "me" in my individual photos. She was attentive and patient making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Carmen is an absolute master behind the camera & also a true professional when it comes to business etiquette. She has a great personality, friendly and approachable demeanour but has the confidence and education to deliver the best result to her clients. Absolutely an AMAZING experience that every person should do! Carmen was attentive to what I wanted and she NAILED IT! Carmen was so easy and fun to be around and made the poses I never would have thought possible, very possible. Carmen was just so personable, I cannot say enough. I again, cannot recommend her enough. It was an easy day from hair and makeup with her lovely and talented artists to outfit changes that Carmen helps you pick out. If anyone can capture who you are as a person through a camera lens, it’s this lady, hands down. I will return to her for future sittings and recommend you do too!!

If you are looking for group or family photos Carmen is the photographer for you. We got family photos done 7 adult children and mom. The pictures really captured the true essence of the family as a group and individually. Not only does she take the time to learn a little bit about you before your session, but she goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable the entire time. She made me laugh and totally brought me out of my shell right away! Her vision is unique to anyone I’ve ever worked with, and she takes the time to create incredible images. I love that her focus is not on taking photos of “the perfect models”, and instead focuses on helping everyday people see their perfection from someone else’s eyes.
