Supposed to be open at 11 and it is now 11:28. This happens way too often. Also why are you open 11-7? Poor customer service, still asks everyone for ID (learn that you don't have too).
It is now 12:15 and still not open. Pretty sad.

Amazing experience! The crew working were so helpful. Best selection on concentrates in town and province by far!! Thank you canna and thank you elite membership. It saved me over $90 bucks.

The two young ladies here are amazing staff and always makes you feel welcomed and help with the best of they're abilities the rest of the staff is very unwelcoming and don’t seem to be very enthusiastic I came by the other day and even before entering the establishment all I could hear was stomping and slamming of drawers and doors I’ve seen the younger ladies get treated with the outmost disrespect by they’re colleagues, this store has a great environment depending on who’s working. Would like to see this place back in its prime like it was before the previous manager left. I will continue to shop here for the time being but if the environment keeps going downhill i will consider taking me business up the street to value buds. Value buds does have more competitive pricing as well. I would like to see canna bounce back and be the store it once was.
