Todd took very good care of me for the purchase of my first home. He is prompt in communicating, truly cares about you making a choice that works for your lifestyle and his background in engineering was helpful in identifying homes that would be an expensive mistake to purchase.

This is not a realtor that will take advantage of you to make a larger commission.

I liked my experience enough that I am using Todd to help sell that same home. The first thing he did was have a long conversation about why I wanted to sell, and made sure I had a plan in place that makes sense and was not just being tempted by a hot market.
