While I found their technical work in implementation of a difficult conversion tracking situation generally adequate, the customer service and handling provided by BubbleUp was atrocious. Customer representatives that would repeatedly no-show without communication, on virtual meetings. Requests for information and communication were delayed or ignored.

Despite multiple escalations and promises of improvement from middle and senior levels of management, the deficiencies continued, to an intolerable level.

I would NOT recommend BubbleUP Marketing to anyone, based on their customer service performance.
