I've been using Breezemax's SEO and Google Ads services since April 2023. After six months, I canceled the SEO portion due to a lack of results, minimal content creation, and irrelevant photos uploaded to my Google business profile, leaving me $6,000 out of pocket with no improvement in rankings. While they did provide some web work as compensation, it didn’t make up for their overall lack of follow-through. Their Google Ads service was similarly overpriced and poorly managed. It took several months for the ads to start producing results, and they continued running irrelevant ad groups long after I requested they be stopped. Additionally, it took months for them to realize they were only targeting 20% of the geographical area we needed. Although they offered some support for optimizing the ads, their guidance was ineffective, and they failed to ask the right questions to improve performance. Despite paying nearly $1,000 a month in management fees, I found myself doing much of the work, as they didn’t understand the language specific to my industry. I'm leaving this review after learning they won’t release my ads without an additional $5,000 payout. While I understand their pricing model may include a higher monthly rate in lieu of a startup fee, I find this to be a rip-off. Although the staff was pleasant, the experience overall was extremely frustrating, and I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.

I was impressed with his involvement and expertise of how we could improve our online presence and increase our web awareness for potential customers.
